地方医学院校教育教学质量的高低直接影响着医学人才的培养质量。在教育型大学模式逐渐向教育-研究型大学甚至研究型大学模式转变过程中,本科生教学质量水平受到很多因素的影响有逐渐下滑的趋势,这在教学评估后体现的尤为突出。因此,建立并贯彻执行一套完整科学的教育教学质量监控体系,多渠道、多层次保障教学质量水平,这也是地方高校需要注意并研究的课题。

Education and teaching quality of local medical colleges will directly affect the quality of training of medical students. In the process of university model of education gradual transformation to educationresearch universities or research-oriented university model, undergraduates＇ level of teaching quality are affected by many factors, which gradually shows trend of reduction, and this is particularly prominent after assessment of teaching.Therefore, establishing and implementing a comprehensive and scientific monitoring system of education and teaching quality, to protect the quality of teaching level with muhichannel, multilevel, which is also topic needing to pay attention and study in local colleges and universities.
