晚期肺癌患者化疗期间舒适状况与社会支持、应对方式的关系

The relationship among the comfort status and social support and coping style in advanced lung cancer patients receiving chemotherapy

目的调查晚期肺癌患者化疗期间的舒适状况及其与社会支持、应对方式的关系。方法选取5所三级甲等医院正在接受化疗的149例晚期肺癌患者,并对其进行问卷调查。采用化疗患者舒适量表、领悟社会支持量表、医学应对问卷进行调查。结果研究对象的整体舒适状况得分为(71.72±10.10)分,为中度舒适水平。多元回归分析显示,社会支持对整体舒适状况产生正向的影响(P<0.01),屈服方式对整体舒适状况产生负向的影响(P<0.01)。结论提高晚期肺癌患者的社会支持水平,指导患者采取积极的应对方式,是改善患者化疗期间舒适状况的关键。

Objective To investigate the comfort status of advanced lung cancer patients receiving chemotherapy and analyze the relation between comfort and so- cial support and also between comfort and coping style. Methods A total of 149 cases of advanced lung cancer patients receiving chemotherapy were sampled from 5 hospitals and surveyed by questionnaires which including Chemotherapy Patient Comfort Scale （CPCS） ,Perceived Social Support Scale and Medical Coping Modes Question- naire. Results The mean of CPCS was （71.72 ＋ 10. 10）. The social support had a positive effect on comfort （P 〈0.01 ） and resignation had a negative effect on comfort （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Improving social support and guiding the patients to take positive attitude are the keys to increase the level of comfort.
