急性心肌梗死患者院前就医延迟的研究现状分析

Analysis of the current research situation on pre-hospital delay of patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的分析我国急性心肌梗死患者院前就医延迟的研究现状,为制订有效的干预措施提供依据。方法查阅"中国期刊全文数据库"(CNKI)等网络数据库1998年至2010年间我国急性心肌梗死患者院前就医延迟的相关文献,采用文献研究法进行分析。结果急性心肌梗死患者院前就医延迟研究的文献逐年平稳增加,护理类期刊为急性心肌梗死患者院前就医延迟的研究推广起到重要的作用,但此类文章的研究方法单一,而阻碍急性心肌梗死患者及时就医的因素多而复杂。结论现阶段需要更多关于急性心肌梗死患者院前就医延迟卫生服务中心的临床随机干预试验研究,制订缩短院前就医延迟时间的干预措施。

Objective To analyze the current research situation on pre - hospital delay in palients with acute myocardial infarction,in order to develop ef- fective intervention measures. Methods From the ＂ Chinese Journal Full - text Database＂ （ CNKI ） network dalabase from 1998 to 2010,we consulted the liter- ature related with acute myocardial infarction patients in pre - hospital delay,and literature research method was used. Results The literature related with acute myocardial infarction with pre - hospital delay increased steadily year by year, The journals of nursing played important roles for promotion the research and popu- larization of patients with AMI pre - hospital treatment delay. The study methods were single. There were many complex factors which blocked patients with acute myocardial infarction to receive timely medical services. Conclusion We need more and more high quality, muhicenter randomized intervention trial research on patients with acute myocardial infarction in pre - hospital delay,so as to identify intervention measures to reduce the delay time.
