部队医院地方院校护生实习末期心理健康状况调查

Investigation of the mental health of local college nursing students at the end period of internship in military hospitals

目的调查部队医院地方院校护生实习末期的焦虑抑郁水平,并分析其影响因素。方法采用自设一般资料调查表、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表对某部队医院的189名地方院校实习末期的护生进行调查。结果部队医院地方院校护生实习末期的焦虑得分为(49.98±10.95)分,抑郁得分为(43.25±7.28)分,分别有31.75%和6.88%的护生存在焦虑和抑郁情绪。影响抑郁的主要因素是因无法胜任护理工作而失眠的经历。结论护理管理者应了解地方院校实习护生的基本特点、就业意愿、失眠经历,时刻关注他们的心理健康状况,进而制订有效的干预策略,保证其身心健康。

Objective To explore the level of anxiety, depression and influencing factors of local college nursing students at the end period of internship in military hospitals. Methods A total of 189 nursing students were enrolled in a military hospital. The self- designed questionnaire about general information,Self -Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self- Rating Depression Scale （SDS） were employed. Results Local college nursing students＇score of anxiety status was （49.98 _＋ 10.95 ） ,and the score of depression status was （43.25 -＋7.28 ） at the end period of internship in military hospitals. The anxiety and depression status of nm^ing students were 31.75% ,6.88% respectly. The main factors which affected depression was insomnia experience due to incompetent nursing work. Conclusion Nursing managers should know the basic characteristics, work intention and insomnia experience of local college nursing students,and pay close attention to their psychological health status so as to make effective intervention strategies to protect their physieal and mental health.
