摘要
文章从4个角度,归纳了国内外临床护理教师教学质量评价研究中的关键问题,包括临床护理教师有效特征及有效教学行为、各类考核评价指标体系的建立与研究、运用多维度评判角度综合分析以及各类考评数据库和软件的开发与应用。在此基础上,客观分析了目前临床护理教学质量评价管理的效果,对今后研究前景进行了展望并提出了发展方向。
This article summarized the key problems of teaching quality evaluation of clinical nursing teachers both domestic and overseas,which included four angles:effective characteristics of teachers and effective teaching behaviors, development and application of evaluation databases and software, establishment and study on various evaluation index systems ,comprehensive analysis from various dimensions. On the basis ,it analyzed the effects of the present teaching quality management,predicted the prospects for the fiollowing researches and proposed orientation for further study.
