战时护理质量管理模式探讨

目的探讨适合战时特点的护理质量管理模式。方法遵循ISO9000质量管理体系的思想,根据战时的护理质量特点编写《战时护理质量管理手册》,创建战时护理质量管理组织体系,制订战时护理工作流程和质量标准,细化战时护理工作质量检查细则和监控网络,形成战时护理工作质量的信息反馈和评价体系。结果使战时护理工作流程精细化、组织管理规范化、监控系统标准化,圆满完成战时护理工作任务。结论根据战时特点研究护理质量管理对提高战伤救治水平和服务质量,降低死亡率和伤残率具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the nursing quality management model that suits to the characteristics of war - time. Methods Based on the idea of ISO9000 quality management system, many methods were used, such as writing the manual of nursing quality management in war - time followed by the charac- teristics of nursing quality requirement in war-time, establishing organizational management system, formulating nursing work process and quality standards, detailing the nursing quality inspection and monitoring network, forming information feedback and assessment system of nursing work in war - time. Results The model detailed the nursing work process, standardized organizational management and monitoring system, thus helped to accomplish nursing mission in war - time. Conclusion Studying nursing quality management based on the characteristics of war - time could improve the level of war wound rescue and service quality, which plays an imporlant role in decreasing mortality and disable rate in war - time.
