Problem analysis and countermeasures for intravenous administration

目的:通过对医院临床静脉给药过程中存在的问题进行分析,寻找安全使用静脉药物的策略。方法:对医院静脉给药过程中存在的两大主要问题:给药错误、输液污染,举例并对成因进行分析。结论:通过完善医院给药系统,改变给药流程,让药师参与到药品使用环节中,采用新科技产品等诸多手段,可有效减少给药错误,确保医院静脉用药的安全。

Objective： To analyze the problems of intravenous administration, and look for effective strategies to ensure safe use of intravenous medications. Methods： There were two main problems in intravenous administration process, named medication errors and infusion contamination. We analyzed the causes of these two problems by case discussion. Conclusions： Through improving hospital delivery system, tailoring administration process, involving pharmacists in medication use process, using new technology products and many other tools, we could effectively reduce medication errors; ensure intravenous medication use safety in hospital.
