摘要
目的:评估社区高血压患者服药依从性行为阶段和社会支持状况,探讨社会支持对个体行为转变的影响。方法:采用服药依从性行为阶段评估问卷和社会支持评定量表,调查社区高血压患者服药依从性行为阶段和社会支持状况。结果:各行为阶段均有分布,大部分处于准备及以上阶段;不同行为阶段患者的社会支持水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社会支持水平对患者行为阶段有一定的影响,需加强患者社会支持水平,帮助其建立良好的遵医行为。
Objectives： To investigate antihypertensive adherence＇s stage of change and social support among community hypertensive patients, and to analyze the effects of social support on stage of change. Methods： Stage of change questionnaire and social support evaluation scale were utilized to assess the demographic data, stage of change and social support level of 210 community patients with hypertension. Results： Most of the patients were in action stage and above （74.3%）. Social support level was positively correlated with the stage of change （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Social support level may influence community hypertensive patients＇ stages of change. We should help them improve their social support level to get better adherence behavior on medication use.
