摘要
利用“局部(缺陷)+整体(缸体)”表示汽车缸体主要缺陷的方法,借助AutoCAD R14 工具绘制了缸体总图及主要缺陷图形.在此基础上,利用Borland C++ for Windows语言实现 了缺陷图形的自由调用,从而使该专家系统对缺陷分析达到了图文并茂、形象直观的效果.
The graphs of cylinder body and its main casting defects were drawn with the AutoCADR14, and the primary casting defects of car cylinder body were indicated by the method of 'Part(defects)+Whole(cylinder body)'. On this base, after programing with Borland C++ for windows, the customer can make free use of the casting defects graphs. So a visual effect was acquired in the expert system for analysis of casting defects.
