摘要
强制风冷系统是坐式摩托车的重要组成部分,它起着散热冷却、保证发动机温度正常的作用。通过热态与冷态较全面的测试,对不同的导风罩及导风罩与叶轮风扇的不同间隙的系统性能参数进行比较,取得了较完整的数据,并提出了提高强制风冷系统匹配运行效率的途径。
The forced air cooling is an important component of motorcycle, playing a key role in radiating heat, cooling and as well as keeping the normal temperature of engine. Complete data have been obtained by comparing the systems with different fairings and different clearances between fairing and vane wheel fan based on cold and hot tests. Also the ways of improving the operation efficiency of the forced air cooling system matching are proposed.
