摘要
考虑了 Wardrop UE条件与系统最优 ( SO)原则共存时的交通网络配流问题 ,给出了与组合式 Wardrop条件等价的网络配流平衡规划模型及其求解算法 ,并指出了该思想与方法在智能交通系统 ( ITS)中的应用。
An equilibrium programming model with its algorithm for combined wardrod's principles is presented and the relations between the EP model and mixed traffic equilibrium pattern are discussed.The potential applications of the approach in intelligent traffic system is also mentioned.
