摘要
在微弱光信号探测系统中,由光电传感器输出的原始微弱电信号,首先进入的是光电转换电路,因此光电转换电路的信噪比将影响整个测试系统测量结果的准确性,这就非常有必要对电路的噪声进行研究。本文比较详细地分析了以PIN型光电二极管作为光电传感器的光电转换电路的各种噪声,并以此提出了一些有效减小光电转换电路噪声影响的方法。这些方法能增大光电转换电路的信噪比,提高整个测试系统的测量精度,同时,对光电转换电路提供了一定的设计思路。
In the detecting system of the weak optical signal,the originally weak signal produced by the photoelectric sensor firstly inputs the photoelectric conversion circuit,so the SNR of the photoelectric conversion circuit will affect the accuracy of the whole measurement system.It is very necessary to research the noise of the circuit.The article analyses all kinds of the noise of the photoelectric conversion circuit which regards the PIN photodiode as the photoelectric sensor in detail,and proposes some methods which can decrease the noise of the photoelectric conversion circuit effectively.These methods can increase the SNR of the photoelectric conversion circuit and improve the measurement accuracy of the testing system.Besides,it provides some ideas on the design to the photoelectric conversion circuit.
