摘要 随着科学技术突飞猛进的发展,现代重要武器装备越来越多地采用了各种复杂电子装备的系统,如何以最少的测试步骤快速查找该电子武器装备的故障位置,提出了测试点的优化选择。该系统的主系统、分系统和内部模块、电路板都要依次优选测试点,用TEAMS软件对其进行分层次建模和评估,从上到下,总以最少的测试点、最短的时间内迅速发现该设备故障的位置,可及时的修改、替换,节省维修时间和费用,提高了该装备的保障能力。 With the quick development of science and technology,more and more weapon equipment use the system of electronics assembly,how to use the least time to find out the location of the breakdown,we put out the best option of test points.The main system,subsystem,internal modules and circuit board of the system will be preferred in turn,and evaluated by models with TEAMS software.It can find out breakdown location soon with few test points,so that it improves the equipment support capabilities.
