摘要
随着出境旅游的发展,旅游业国际化呈现出由市场管理的"走出去"向生产要素"走出去"的转变。当前出境旅游消费中的中文环境、导游、住宿等以及供给运行的企业经营、市场秩序和监督管理以及产业政策等问题突出。在环境稳定、出游意愿上升、市场潜力仍然较大等因素推动下,我国旅游企业和政策层面的"走出去"都将加快。
With the development of outbound tourism,tourism industry——s internationalization presents the transformation from the market management"going out"to production elements"going out".Currently,Chinese environment,tourist guide,accommodation and company operation,market order,regulation and policy are the most important problems.Pushed by the favorable policy,rising tourist willingness and the huge potential of outbound tourism market,the going-out of enterprises and macro-policy system will be faster.
