新法固定呼吸回路对预防局部压疮的效果观察

The Observation of New Fixed for Breathing Loop to Prevent Local Pressure Sore

目的观察改良呼吸回路固定方法对预防机械通气患者因呼吸回路导管所致面部及肩部皮肤压疮的效果。方法对本科机械通气患者分为对照组72例,观察组73例,对照组常规使用呼吸机支架固定呼吸回路,观察组除常规使用呼吸机支架固定外,另加一只充气乳胶手套固定在呼吸回路"Y"型管处下方,充气手套起支撑作用托起管道,对2组皮肤情况进行比较。结果观察组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改良呼吸回路固定方法对预防呼吸回路导管所致局部压疮有良好效果,值得推广使用。

Objective To observe improved fixed for breathing loop to prevent the pressure scores on shoulder and facial skin caused by catheter-loop in mechanical ventilation patients. Methods Patients in our department with mechanical ventilation were divided into control group with 72 cases and observation group with 73 cases. The control group was used conventional bracket ventilator breathing loop while the observation group was connected with conventional ventilator bracket outside, plus an inflatable latex gloves in the breathing loop fixed at the bottom of the Y - tube, as inflatable gloves hold up pipelines to play a supportive role, and two groups were compared on the skin. Results The difference between observation group and control group, was significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The modified method of fixed breath- ing loop has a positive effect on preventing local pressure score caused by catheter - loop , so it was worthy of using widely.
