总结了拓展训练在《人际沟通》教学中的应用方法和积极作用,包括团队组建、项目开展、回顾与总结、效果评估与反馈四个环节。认为拓展训练可以为《人际沟通》实践活动设计提供理论指导,拓宽实践教学思路,对锻炼护生的人际沟通能力,增强护生的集体观念和合作意识有着积极的促进作用。
Summarized the application methods and active effects of expand training in ＂Interpersonal Communication＂, including the team building, project working, reviewing and summing up and assessment and feedback. It is revealed that expand training can provide theoretical guidance and broaden idea for practice teaching of ＂Interpersonal Communication＂. It can also improve communication abilities, enhance collective spirit and cooperative consciousness of nursing students.
