近年来，越来越多的抗肿瘤新药及新的治疗方案进入临床研究。随着专科护理的发展，研究护士在临床研究中发挥了重要作用，包括识别影响患者参加临床研究的因素，采取有效的护理措施，提高患者的入选率及其在治疗过程中的依从性，从而保证临床研究的顺利进行。本文从三个方面综述了影响癌症患者参加临床研究的因素及对策，以期为临床护理工作提供依据。

This article is reviewed the factors that influence cancer patients＂ participation in clinical trials and nursing strategies. Which includes the factors related to protocol, cancer patients and physician. Ontology research nurses should recognize these factors and take the appropriate strategies to increase the patients＇enrollment and compliance in the clinical trials.
