生肌玉红油剂湿敷治疗压疮的临床研究

The clinical study of Shengjiyuhong oil on soak - therapy of pressure sore

目的探讨生肌玉红油剂湿敷治疗压疮的临床效果。方法压疮患者76例作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用生肌玉红膏治疗，实验组采用生肌玉红油剂治疗，两组均采用美皮康敷料处理创面。结果实验组痊愈率显著高于对照组（r=4．491，P〈0．05），总有效率也高于对照组，但无显著性差异（X^2=2．518，P〉0．05）。上皮细胞开始生长时间也显著快于对照组（t=3．362；P〈0．05）。结论生肌玉红油剂配合美皮康敷料治疗压疮，能提高治疗效果，缩短治疗时间，值得临床考虑。

Objective To explore the curative effect of used for soak - therapy of pressure sore. Methods A total of 76 cases of patients as studied object were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Control group was given therapy of Shengjiyuhong ointment, and experimental group was given therapy of Shengjiyuhong oil. Two group were all given MEBO dressing for surface treat- ment. Results The total effective rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group （X~ = 4. 491, P 〈 0. 05 ） ; cure rate was higher, too, but no significant difference （X2 = 2. 518, P 〉 O. 05 ） . The beginning recovered time of epithelial cell was in experimental group was significantly shorter, too （t = 3. 362 ; P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Shengjiyuhong oil combined with MEBO dressing used for pressure sore, can significantly enhance clinical effect and reduce clinical time.
