发展中国家的经济增长并没有改变发展中国家的贫困局面。贫富差距不仅没有缩小，反而越来越大。发展中国家的这种困境更多是因由于外部。要消除发展中国家的贫困，除了要令发达国家真正认识到自身的责任，更重要的是要建立真正公平合理的国际经济新秩序。

The economic growth in the developing countries hasn' t enabled them to shake off their poverty, and the disparity between rich and poor is increased rather than decreased. The poverty confronting the developing countries can only be removed by setting up fairly and reasonably the new intemational economic order as well as making developed countries realize their responsibilities.
