摘要
以玉米秸秆碎料为原料,在不同含水率和不同原料粒径的情况下,使用环模压缩制成玉米秸秆颗粒状燃料,分别测定压缩密度和耐久性,通过方差分析得知,在工业化生产中原料含水率是影响颗粒燃料的重要因素,而原料的粒径则是非显著性因子。
With different moisture contents and different particle sizes, the corn straw was compressed into pellet fuel by using ring die. And the density and durability of compressed products were deter- mined respectively. By variance analysis we find that water content is the important factor affecting the quality of pellet fuel, but the raw material particle size is a non-significant factor.
