Research on the Culture Factor of Feudal Boss Institution in Modern China

从洋务运动开始,中国在企业管理中长期施行把头制度。把头制度的形成是西方包工制和中国传统"包头"制在中国社会转型期碰撞的结果,是中国传统文化中的俗文化在近代企业管理制度上的体现。包工制转化为把头制度的文化因素是中国传统文化中俗文化的"超稳定结构"对"外来的新文化模式和文化精神"的抵制和压抑。
