摘要
从洋务运动开始,中国在企业管理中长期施行把头制度。把头制度的形成是西方包工制和中国传统"包头"制在中国社会转型期碰撞的结果,是中国传统文化中的俗文化在近代企业管理制度上的体现。包工制转化为把头制度的文化因素是中国传统文化中俗文化的"超稳定结构"对"外来的新文化模式和文化精神"的抵制和压抑。
Chinese use feudal boss institution in business management for a long time from Westernization Movement.The feudal boss institution is a result of two system cultures collisions,which collisions between the western contract system and Chinese traditional labor contractor system in Chinese social transient period.It is an expression that popular culture showed in Chinese modern business management system.The culture factor of Chinese traditional labor contractor system turned to western contract system is "super-stable structure" of Chinese popular culture resisted and suppressed "foreign new cultural pattern and cultural spirit".
