摘要
介绍了一种基于Nios Ⅱ软核处理器的智能温度变送器的设计方案,该变送器具有接受各种型号的热电阻、热电偶和毫伏信号,热电偶冷端温度补偿,输入输出信号零点满度自校准,信号状态自检测,上位对其内部参数设定等功能。此方案利用了SOPC技术的特点和Nios Ⅱ自定制指令功能,相比传统的单片机和DSP方案,它具有数据处理速度快、存储空间小、资源配置合理、集成度高和开发周期短等优点。通过实验对此方案进行了验证。
This paper introduces a kind of intelligent temperature transmitter based on Nios II. This transmitter has many functions that it can accept various types of RTD,thermoeouple and millivolt signals,it can compensate the cold end of the thermocouple,adjust the input and output signals,it can detech the status of signals and set the internal parameters by PC. This scheme use the characteristics of SOPC technology and the function of Nios II custom instructions, Compared with the traditional scheme of SCM and DSP, this transmitter has the advantages that it can process data quickly,and has smaller storage space, reasonable resource configuration, higer integration and shorter development period. This scheme is verified by experiment.
