摘要
汽车真空阀质量检测平台是基于直接数字频率合成技术,采用STC单片机实现对DDS芯片AD9834的控制,提出一种高精度的PWAM(脉冲宽度与脉冲幅值调制)电源的实现方案来模拟真空阀在汽车上的工作电源;下位机采用STC单片机设计的控制板,提供多个数据采集端口,采集系统测量信号并进行相关控制。上位机采用LABVIEW软件实现,通过串口RS232协议,与PWAM电源和下位机实时通信,并协调电源与下位机工作,实现了良好的人机界面与可靠的系统控制。
The quality inspection platform used in vacuum valve is based on the direct digital frequency synthesis technology (DDS), and realizing control of DDS chip AD9834 by using the STC Single-chip Microprocessor. An implementation scheme of high precision PWAM (pulse width and amplitude modulation) power is used to imitate the work power of vacuum valve in the car. The lower machine using STC MCU, provides several ports for data acquisition, and collects the system measure signals and carries on relative control. The upper machine using LABVIEW software, through the protocol of the serial port RS232,communicates with PWAM power and lower level computer in real time, and coordinates their work between PWAM power and lower machine, which has good human-machine interface and reliable system control.
