某多功能化学原料药生产企业职业病危害控制效果评价 被引量:1

Control effect of occupational hazards in multifunctional active pharmaceutical ingredient production enterprise

摘要 目的对某多功能化学原料药生产企业进行职业病危害控制效果评价,确定其职业病危害防护设施的有效性。方法采用职业卫生现场调查,并通过检查表分析法评价职业病防护措施和职业卫生管理体系,对工作场所存在的主要职业病危害因素进行检测与评价,对作业人员进行职业健康检查与评价。结果检查表分析显示各项指标均符合要求,主要职业病危害因素检测结果均未超出国家职业卫生标准限值,甲醇0.1~0.2 mg/m3,乙二醇0.2~0.5 mg/m3,异丙醇0.05 mg/m3,氢氧化钠0.1~0.6 mg/m3,盐酸1.26~3.19 mg/m3,氨0.33 mg/m3,二氧化氮0.04 mg/m3;其他粉尘0.5~3.5 mg/m3,8 h等效噪声64.5~82.1 dB(A),WBGT指数为25.7~29.6℃。职业健康检查未发现由化学毒物和粉尘引起的疑似职业病或职业病患者。结论该项目的职业病防护设施有效,管理制度得到落实,能有效保护劳动者的健康。 Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazard factors in the multifunctional active pharmaceutical ingredient production enterprises,prevent and control the occupational disease,ensure the validity of protection facilities and provide the technical basis for the occupational hygiene acceptance check of health administration department.Methods After occupational hygiene investigation,checklist was adopted to evaluate the occupational protective measures and occupational hygiene management system,main occupational hazards in the workplace were detected and evaluated,the workers took occupational health examination.Results Checklist showed that all indexes met the hygiene requirements.The main occupational risk factors accorded with national standards,methanol was 0.1-0.2 mg/m3,ethylene glycol was 0.2-0.5 mg/m3,isopropyl alcohol(IPA) was 0.05 mg/m3,sodium hydroxide was 0.1-0.6 mg/m3,chlorhydric-acid was 1.26-3.19 mg/m3,ammonia was 0.33 mg/m3,nitrogen dioxide was 0.04 mg/m3,particles not otherwise regulated was 0.5-3.5 mg/m3,Lex,8 h was 64.5-82.1 dB(A),WBGT was 25.7-29.6℃.No patients with occupational diseases were founding occupational health examination.Conclusion The status of occupational safety and hygiene in the enterprises can basically meet the national occupational standards.The measures adopted in the enterprise to control these occupational hazards are feasible and effective.
