摘要
目的研究紫外分光光度法测定人参叶茶中人参总皂苷含量的可行性。方法通过精密度、重复性、稳定性及加标回收率等方面的考察确定此方法是否可行。结果本方法相关性良好,R2=0.999,线性范围在0.05~0.50 mg,加标回收率为96.8%~97.9%,实验结果良好,稳定性RSD=0.86%。结论紫外分光光度法快速、准确,可以作为测定人参叶茶中人参总皂苷含量的测定方法。
Objective To study the measurement of ginsenosides in ginseng leaf tea by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and make methodological observation.Methods Based on the contents of linear range,precision,repeatability,stability and the average recovery,the method was studied whether it was feasible.Results This method had good correlation(R2=0.999) and the linear range was 0.05-0.50 mg.The result of recovery experiment was great and the stability(RSD=0.86%) was favorable.Conclusion Using UV spectrophotometry to detect the content of ginsenosides in ginseng leaf tea is a kind of simple and accurate method.
