摘要
目的建立面粉中溴酸钾含量一步梯度离子色谱测定方法。方法用纯水提取样品中溴酸根离子,经Ag/H柱除去样品提取液中干扰氯离子,超滤法除去样品提取液中水溶性大分子,采用一步梯度法测定,外标法定量。结果该法精密度RSD为3.69%~5.18%,样品平均回收率在96.9%~97.4%之间,检出限为0.5 mg/kg,线性范围0.05~5.00μg/ml,相关系数为0.999 96。结论该方法建立了测定小麦粉和面粉改良剂中溴酸盐一步梯度的方法程序,该法灵敏度高,回收率好,适用于基层单位测定面粉中溴酸盐。
Objective To establish gradient ion chromatographic method for determination of potassium bromate in flour.Methods Water samples were used to extract bromate ion,the Ag / H column to remove interfering sample extract chloride ions,ultrafiltration removes water-soluble extract of the sample molecules,measured using gradient method.Results RSD was 3.69%-5.18%,sample recovery was between 6.9% and 97.4%,the detection limit was 0.5 mg/kg,the linear range was 0.05-5.00 μg/ml,correlation coefficient was 0.999 96.Conclusion Gradient method and procedure are established for determination of wheat flour and flour improvers,the method is of high sensitivity,good recovery rate.
