1990-2010年吉林省人间布鲁杆菌病疫情动态分析

Analysis of epidemic situation of human brucellosis in Jilin province during 1990-2010

目的了解和掌握吉林省1990-2010年人间布鲁杆菌病(布病)的流行特征,为制定布病预防和控制措施提供科学依据。方法收集1990-2010年本省人间布病监测和疫情调查资料,采用描述性流行病学方法和相应的统计学处理进行分析。结果 21年间共报告发病11 771例,发病率在0.000～12.626/10万之间,平均发病率为2.236/10万,发病率呈逐年上升趋势,高发地区为白城市和松原市,高发季节为3-7月份,发病人群以农民为主,30～54岁组人群发病率最高,男性发病率高于女性。结论本省人间布病发病率逐年上升,流行范围逐年扩大,布病疫情出现大幅回升;布病的发生存在明显的季节、地区、性别、年龄差异。与多部门密切配合,加强牲畜流通环节的检疫和管理,做好重点牲畜交易市场人群布病的主动监测、健康教育等工作是今后布病防治工作的重点。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of human brucellosis in Jilin province from 1990 to 2010,and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of the disease.Methods Data were collected from surveillance and investigation of human brucellosis in Jilin province during 1990-2010,and analyzed by descriptive study and statistics methods.Results About 11 771 cases were reported during 21 years,the incidence rate was 0.000 to 12.626 per 100 000,the average incidence rate was 2.236 per 100 000.The disease distributed widely with cases reporting in nine regions,Baicheng and Songyuan were regions with high prevalence rate of human brucellosis,the incidence mainly concentrated from March to July.The incidence rate in males was higher that in females,most cases were the farmers aged 30-54 years.Conclusion The infection of human brucellosis in Jilin province shows an increasing trend and widening scope.The incidence of human brucellosis has significant seasonal,regional,gender and age difference.It is necessary to strengthen the quarantine and management in livestock trading,active surveillance in livestock market and health education by close multi-sectoral cooperation to prevent and control brucellosis in Jilin province.
