龙胆泻肝汤联合阿奇霉素阴道给药治疗女性生殖道解脲支原体感染

Longdan Xiegan Decoction Combined with Azithromycin Vaginal Administration Treating Female Genital Ureaplasma Urealyticum Infection

目的观察龙胆泻肝汤联合阿奇霉素阴道给药治疗女性生殖道解脲支原体感染的临床疗效。方法将60例女性生殖道解脲支原体感染患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例给予口服中药龙胆泻肝汤加减,经期停用,干净3d后,阿其霉素粉剂0.25g阴道宫颈口给药,每周1次;对照组30例静脉注射阿奇霉素0.5g,从月经第1天开始,连续5d,两组均连用3个月经周期。比较两组疗效、临床症状的改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论龙胆泻肝汤联合阿奇霉素局部给药是治疗女性生殖道解脲支原体感染的有效治疗方法,优于单用阿奇霉素,值得进一步研究和临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with Azithromycin vaginal administration on female genital Ureaplasma urealyticum infection. Methods 60 cases of female patients with genital tract mycoplasma urealytium infection were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in the treatment group took orally Longdan Xiegan decoction,after menstruation clean for 3 days,Azithromycin vaginl administration was used,0.25 g once a week;the control group used Azithromycin 0. 5 g for intravenous injection,from the first day of menstruation, for 5 consecutive days. Then, the efficacy between the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.3%, while the control group was 73.3% % There was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with Azithromycin vaginal administration can significantly improve female Ureaplasma urealyticum infection. This method is worthy of further study and clinical application.
