全身冷冻疗法在运动医学中的应用研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 运动时体温的适宜升高可提高人体中枢神经系统的兴奋性,加强呼吸、血液循环机能,降低肌肉的粘滞性,加大关节的活动范围,从而有助于专项运动能力的发挥。但是过高的体温则会影响机体的运动能力甚至对机体造成不可逆的损害。
