抑制KAI1诱导的自噬对胰腺癌MiaPaCa-2细胞增殖及凋亡的影响
摘要
细胞自噬是一种重要的促细胞生存途径,同时也是一种不同于凋亡和坏死的死亡方式。KAI1是缺氧目的基因,体内缺氧时亦可诱导细胞自噬。我们前期报道了KAI1诱导MiaPaCa-2自噬,并增加细胞的存活,本研究进一步探讨抑制KAI1诱导的自噬对该细胞增殖及凋亡的影响。
