光敏药物抗肿瘤的国内临床研究进展

Domestic clinical research progress of photosensitive anticancer drugs

光动力已在全国各大医院中普遍应用于治疗肿瘤,且效果明显。光敏药物作为光动力治疗的中心要素,研究成果也备受关注。本文从光敏药物的简介入手,讲述了光敏药物的作用机制,着重综述了国内近几年光敏药物治疗肿瘤的临床应用。

ABSTRACT Photodynamic therapy has been commonly applied to the treatment of cancer among the national major hospitals, and the effect is obvious. As the center element of the photodynamic therapy, the research results of photosensitive drugs have also gained particular attention. This article begins with the introduc- tion of photosensitive drug, tells the mecha-nisms of the photosensitive drug, and emphatically reviews the domestic clinical application in the therapy of photosensitive drugs on tumors in recent years.
