摘要
目的对小鼠三种常见急性胃溃疡模型进行比较,对模型建立方法、注意事项进行相关描述。方法采用水浸法、利血平法、乙醇法在不同条件下诱导小鼠急性胃黏膜损伤,以溃疡指数及胃黏膜组织改变为指标,观察不同实验性急性胃溃疡小鼠胃黏膜损伤的作用。结果三个模型均能形成应激性溃疡,病发部位为浅表为主。水浸法在21±1℃,水浸15h,乙醇法在0.2ml/只及0.1ml/只条件下得到较好的急性胃溃疡模型,死亡率低。结论乙醇法成模效果最好,水浸法次之。
Objective To compare three models of acute gastric ulcer in mouse, and describe the modeling method and some related notes. Method Three kinds of mice ulcer models induced by binding and water immersion-restraint stress, ethanol and reserpine respectively under different conditions; the extent of gastric mucosal injury was evaluated grossly and histologically. Results Three models all are able to form a stress ulcer, which are mainly appeared superficial. The water immersion-restraint stress method in 21±1℃ with 15 h and the ethanol method in 0.2 ml or 0.1 ml per mouse both have effects, while both have a low modeling death rate. Conclusion The Ethanol method is the best for modeling of acute gastric ulcer in mouse.
