摘要 心肌梗死导致心肌细胞坏死是心脏疾病中的严重类型,也是心功能衰竭的主要原因,由于研究者认为心肌细胞是分化的最终形式,不具有再生和分化的能力,干细胞是近些年的研究热点,尤其是干细胞的分化潜能受到各界关注,也为心肌梗死的治疗带来希望。一、种子细胞的选择用于细胞移植治疗的干细胞称为种子细胞(seed cell),
