摘要
采用熔融法合成了2-(1-萘甲基)-1H-苯并咪唑和2-苯甲基-1H-苯并咪唑,利用IR和1HNMR确定了它们的结构.探索了反应物的配比、反应时间和反应温度对产率的影响,确定了最佳合成条件.该方法操作简便、反应时间短、后处理容易、副产物少,合成产率较高,合成方法绿色环保.
Two 2-arylmethyl-1H-benzoimidazole compounds were synthesized by the reaction of o-phenylenediamine with 1-naphthylacetic acid or phenylacetic acid using a melting method,and their structures were characterized by IR and 1 HNMR spectra.The influences of the mole ratio of the reactants,the reaction time,the reaction temperature on the yield were investigated and optimum experimental conditions were found.Compared with the literature methods,this method has the advantages of simple operation,short reaction time,easy purification,less by-products,higher yield and green synthesis.
