参麦联合米力农治疗难治性心力衰竭的临床研究

CLINICAL STUDY ON REFRACTORY HEART FAILURE TREATED WITH SHENMAI AND MILRINONE INJECTION COMBINING APPLICATION

目的:观察参麦联合米力农对难治性心力衰竭患者心功能、NT-proBNP、cTnT的影响。方法:100例难治性心力衰竭患者在采取常规治疗基础上加用米力农和参麦注射液,比较治疗前后心功能、NT-proBNP、cTnT的变化。结果:治疗前后LVEF、CO、VE/VA、LVEDD、NT-proBNP、cTnT的变化均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:参麦联合米力农治疗难治性心力衰竭有效,有一定的临床价值。

Objective: To observe the effects of shenmai and milrinone injection combining application on cardiac function,NTproBNP and cTnT of patients with refractory heart failure. Methods: 100cases with refractory heart failure were given milrinone and shenmai injection on the basis of routine treatment method. LVEF,CO,E / A,LVEDD were determined by cardiac ulstrasound,NT - proBNP was determined by electrochemical luminescence double antibody sandwich heart method,plasma cTnT was detected by immune turbidimetry. Results: LVEF,CO,E /A,LVEDD,NTproBNP and cTnT were improved after treated with milrinone and shenmeai,the differerue betwen pro - treated and post - treated was obvious. Conclusion: Shenmai and milrinone injection combined application can effectively treat refractory heart failure,improve cardiac func- tion,raise NTproBNP and cTnT levels.
