丹红注射液联合硫酸镁治疗早发型重度子痫前期的临床研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察丹红注射液联合硫酸镁在早发型重度子痫前期治疗中的作用及对妊娠结局的影响。方法:采用开放前瞻病例对照研究,对86例早发型重度子痫前期(孕28~32周)患者,按入院顺序分为联合组和对照组,对照组43例采用硫酸镁治疗方案,联合组43例在硫酸镁治疗基础上加用丹红注射液,治疗前后均检测血液流变学的各项指标、D-二聚体变化,并比较妊娠结局。结果:联合组明显延长孕周;胎儿窘迫发生明显减少;新生儿死亡明显减少;以上两组比较,均有明显差异(P<0.05)。联合组血液流变学指标的改善也优于对照组,血浆D-2聚体水平明显下降;对照组治疗前后比较差异均无统计学意义。研究中未发现与使用药物等治疗有关的不良反应。结论:联合应用丹红注射液和硫酸镁治疗早发型重度子痫前期,可改善血液的高凝状态,延长孕周,改善围产结局,降低孕妇并发症发生及新生儿死亡率。 Objective: To observe the effect of danhong injection and magnesium sulfate combining application on early onset of severe preeclamp- sia and impact on pregnancy. Methods: An open prospective controlled study was conducted on 86 cases with early onset of severe preeclampsia ( during the 28 ~ 32th week of pregnancy) . Patients were divided into combining treatment group and control group according to the sequence of hospital- izing,control group ( 43cases) were given magnesium sulfate to treat,the treatment group( 43cases) were given danhong injection on the basis of control group treatment. Determining the changes of blood rheology indexes and plasma D - dimer in the two groups pro - treated and post - treated,elevating the outcome of pregnancy. Results: Combining treatment could obviously prolong pregnancy time,reduce the incidence of fetal distress and newborn death,the effects were significantly better than those in control group. The blood rheology indexes and plasma D - dimer were decreased obvious- ly in the combining treatment group,there were difference between pro - treated and post - treated,there were difference between combining treatment group and control group. There was no adverse effects to be found. Conclusion: Danhong injection and magnesium sulfate combining application can effectively treat early onset of severe preeclampsia, improve blood hyperviscosity,prolong pregnancy time,improve the outcome of pregnancy.
