细胞周期标记物在肿瘤中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 肿瘤的发生与多因素、多基因调控的改变有着密切联系。其中细胞周期标记物,在肿瘤的诊断、预后评估等方面具有重要的应用前景。本文就近年来常见的细胞周期标记物微小染色体维持蛋白、Geminin、cyclinB1和丝氨酸10磷酸化组蛋白3(Histone H3 phosphorylated on Serine 10,H3S10ph)在肿瘤中的单独或联合使用进行综述。
