摘要
高效破岩技术是钻井工程中的基础技术,是提高破岩效率、减少钻进时间和降低钻井成本的重要因素之一。着重介绍当前一些主要的高效破岩钻井技术,如高压水射流破岩技术、旋冲钻井破岩技术、粒子冲击破岩技术、激光钻井破岩技术、电子束破岩技术等,并综述了各种高效破岩技术的原理、特点和国内外发展趋势及当前应用情况等。分析结果表明:高压水射流破岩技术、旋冲钻井破岩技术等传统破岩技术在一定时间仍将是高效破岩钻井技术的主体,而激光钻井破岩技术、电子束破岩技术等新型高效破岩钻井技术处于探索阶段,但会逐渐成为钻井破岩技术的发展方向。
Efficient rock fragmentation technology,the foundation of drilling engineering,is one of main factors that improves rock fragmentation efficiency and reduces drilling time and cost.The major efficient broken rock drilling methods are introduced in this paper,such as high pressure water jet drilling technology,rotary blunt drilling technology,particle shock rock fragmentation technology,laser drilling rock fragmentation technology and electron beam rock fragmentation technique,etc.Principle,characteristics,development trend and the current application of all kinds of efficient rock fragmentation technology are summarized in this paper.Analysis results show that traditional rock fragmentation technology,high pressure water jet rock fragmentation technology and rotary blunt drilling rock fragmentation technology,will still be subject in certain time.However,the new efficient rock fragmentation drilling technology,Laser drilling rock fragmentation technology and electron beam rock fragmentation technology,are in exploration stage,will yet become development direction of rock fragmentation technology gradually.
