摘要 稠油热采井使用"封上采下"的带泵一体化生产管柱,存在管柱蠕动易释封、封堵层出砂易卡埋管柱等问题;采用大通径、大跨度丢手封隔器及插管补偿器工艺技术,能有效地实现"封上采下",增加泵的沉没度,同时可避免出砂、卡埋管柱,又可以实现不动管柱洗井、测液面,检泵不换封。介绍了过泵封隔器的工作原理、技术参数、使用方法和技术特点。现场应用表明,该项技术具有很好的应用前景。 Heavy oil thermal recovery wells for thermal recovery packer "sealed taken down" integrated production string with the pump technology,there is a closed string creep easy to release,easy to card blocking layer buried in the sand column and other issues;the use of large diameter,large-span throw hand packer,intubation compensator technology,can effectively achieve the "up-sealed and pick" to increase the pump submergence depth,while avoiding the sand,string buried cards,they can implement fixed column wash well,measure liquid level,the pump does not check for closure;introduced through the pump packer works,technical parameters,use and technical characteristics.Field application shows that the technology for heavy oil thermal recovery wells "up-sealed and pick" mining,which has good application prospects.
