摘要 0引言 干细胞(stem cells,SC)是一类具有自我复制能力的多潜能细胞,在一定条件下,可以分化成多种功能细胞。它具有两个重要的特性:自我更新和多向分化。哺乳类动物多种组织和器官内都存在着干细胞,以往认为出生后即处于静止期的大脑内也已经发现存在有神经干细胞,
