口腔诊疗单元在综合性医院口腔科的应用

Application of oral diagnosis and treatment unit with the department of stomatology in multiple hospital

目的:探讨综合性医院口腔门诊管理方法,提高口腔门诊医疗质量,减少医疗纠纷,增加患者就诊满意度。方法:提出并引用"口腔诊疗单元"管理方法,加强诊疗单元中人员学习培训、口腔医生与牙科助理配合训练、优化口腔临床规范化操作流程,强化口腔日常事务管理、病人群管理、细节管理等。结果:2年多应用以来,口腔诊疗单元管理方法通过管理口腔门诊日常工作、口腔疾病诊治、口腔诊疗操作配合有效地提高了医疗质量、临床工作效率,减少了医疗差错和医疗纠纷,增加了患者就诊满意度。结论:口腔诊疗单元管理方法是综合性医院口腔科有效的管理方法。

Objective： To discuss the management method in section for outpatient of department of stomatology, develop its quality, decrease the medical dispute, and increase the patients＇ degree of satisfaction. Methods： The writer accumulates experience of many years clinical working and management, and interview lots of large-scale multiple hospital, in order to bring out the creative method ＂oral diagnosis and treatment unit＂. This method including： enhance the doctors study and training, practice the doctor and dental assistant cooperation, optimize oral clinic procedure standardly, strengthen the management in oral daily routine, patients and details, and so on. Results： Through 2 years application,＂ oral diagnosis and treatment unit＂ effectively enhance the medical quality, clinical efficiency, decrease medical accident and dispute, and increase the patients＇ degree of satisfaction in some aspects： manage oral daily routine work, oral disease diagnosis, and oral cooperation. Conclusion： Oral diagnosis and treatment unit is an extremely management method in multiple hospital stomatology.
