痰热清辅助治疗再生障碍性贫血合并肺部感染的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Tanreqing adjuvant therapy on aplastic anemia with pulmonary infection

目的:观察痰热清辅助治疗再生障碍性贫血合并肺部感染的疗效及其安全性。方法:将53例再生障碍性贫血合并肺部感染患者随机分为治疗组(n=27例)与对照组(n=26例),对照组单用敏感抗生素治疗,治疗组在抗生素治疗的基础上加用痰热清注射液治疗。两组疗程均为2周,比较两组临床疗效和细菌学变化,以及体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽咳痰消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间和X线胸片恢复时间等情况,同时观察两组的不良反应。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为85.2%,对照组为69.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽咳痰消失时间、啰音消失时间及X线胸片恢复时间与对照组比较,均明显缩短(P<0.05)。治疗组细菌消除数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程中未见严重不良反应。结论:痰热清辅助治疗再生障碍性贫血合并肺部感染疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tanreqing adjuvant therapy on aplastic anemia with pulmonary infection. Methods： Fifty-three cases of aplastic anemia with pulmonary infection were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 27 cases） and control group （n = 26 cases） , the control group was treated by sensitive antibiotic alone, and the treatment group was treated by Tanreqing injection based on control group. The treatment lasted 2 weeks, clinical efficacy, bacteriological changes and temperature returned to normal, the disappearance time of cough, sputum, pulmonary tales disappeared time, X-ray recovery time were observed, while side effects of treatment were observed. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 85.2%, the total effective rate of control group was 69.2%, there was a statistically significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0. 05）; Compared with control group, temperature returned to normal, the disappearance time of cough, sputum, pulmonary rales disappeared time, X-ray recovery time in treatment group was significantly reduced （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The number of bacteria to eliminate in treatment group was significantly higher than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The treatment of adjuvant therapy on aplastic anemia with pulmonary infection had a good efficacy, less side effects. It is worthy of clinical application.
