摘要
火力发电厂锅炉钢结构主要承力部件叠式大板梁制作的技术难点为厚板焊接,穿孔率、叠合面间隙以及拱度的尺寸制作标准要求高。以某工程为例,根据其叠梁的特点和制作难点,在下料、拼接、热处理、热校正、主角焊缝焊接、筋板焊接、钻孔顺序等方面采取控制措施,制作的产品质量优良。
The difficult of fabrication technique for laminated main girder of thermal power station boiler steel structure is thick steel plate butt.The making standare for punching rate,two mid-flange contact surface gap and deflection is high.According to the big plate girder specificity and manufacture difficulty,the control measures of the cutting,butt,hot-treatment,hot-correction,main fillet weld welding,stiffener plate welding,drilling hole sequence,etc have been used.The product quality is excellent.
