摘要
对武钢一炼钢方坯连铸机的漏钢情况进行统计分析,查找出导致漏钢的各种原因,包括浇铸温度、拉速、冷却、钢液成分、结晶器、保护渣及浸入式水口对中等方面,通过实施加强设备检查、控制和优化工艺标准、提高操作水平和开发开浇渣等措施,使漏钢事故得到很好控制。
The breakout of bloom continuous caster in No. 1 Steel-making Branch of WISCO is statistically analyzed. Various causes of the breakout such as pouring temperature, casting speed, cooling, composition, crystallizer, mold powder, and alignment of the submerged entry nozzle with the mold and etc are found out. By strengthening the equipment inspection, control and process standard optimization, improving operation level and developing mold powder and etc, the breakout cases are controlled effectively.
