摘要 武钢烧结厂一烧结车间烧结机自投产后,实际运行过程中故障停机率较高,台车跑偏现象较为严重,经多次调整后效果仍不明显。一烧结车间年修期间,对烧结机平面轨道、回车道、头、尾弯道进行了更换,对尾部星轮齿板不同步现象进行了调整,有效地解决了烧结机台车跑偏问题,提高了设备作业率,降低了烧结机漏风率,确保了烧结机的正常运行。 Since it was put into service the sintering machine has encountered problems of higher failure rate and serious running track deviation and the results are not so desirable even though repeated readjustments have been carried out. In the period of annual overhaul the problem of running track deviation is effectively solved and the availability of the sintering equipments raised and the rate of air leakage of the sintering machine lowered by way of changing the rail plane, return lane, head curve and tail curve, checking and readjusting the asynchronous problem of star wheel board at the tail and thus normal running of the sintering machine is ensured.
