摘要
碳钢连退机组中,立式活套中的带钢保持稳定的张力行进,这对机组的连续平稳运行非常重要,而带钢横截面积的变化和活套钢丝绳的拉伸变形是影响活套张力稳定的两个重要因素。从原理上分析阐述带钢横截面积变化和活套钢丝绳拉伸变形对活套张力的影响,并在控制系统中添加相应的补偿环节来消除这些张力扰动。
To keep the steel strip in the vertical loop moving on with stable tension is very important for the carbon steel continuous annealing line of its the steady and consistent operation. And the variation of cross section area of the steel strip and the tensile strain of the steel wire of the loop are two important factors affecting the stability of the tension of the loop. The present paper expounds theoretically effects of change of the cross section area of the steel strip and tensile strain of the steel wire of the loop on the tension of the loop. To solve the problem a certain number of compensation rings have been installed in the control system so as to eliminate the tension disturbance.
