摘要
SG45钢是在45号钢基础上开发的1种新型的非调质钢,通过对成品棒材进行取样,分析了SG45的化学成分,在光学显微镜及扫描电镜下研究了不同状态下酸浸后的金相样品,研究了钢材组织及夹杂物的分布情况,并对试样进行了拉伸、冲击试验以分析其不同状态下的力学性能。比较了不同状态下SG45钢和45号钢的组织及力学性能,SG45钢作为1种替代性非调质钢,其抗拉强度为472MPa、硬度为230HBW、冲击值为45J、伸长率为36.5%。
As a new kind of non-quenched and tempered steel,SG45 steel is recently developed on the basis of 45 steel.Based on the samples of finished product bar,this article analyzes the chemical composition of SG45,its structure and inclusions distribution for metallographic samples in different state after acid erosion by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscope.In addition,tensile test and impact test which are used to analyze its mechanical properties in different state are also made.As a new alternative non-quenched and tempered steel,its strength（Rm 472 MPa）,hardness（230 HBW）,impact value（45 J） and elongation（A 36.5 %）are all superior to 45 steel,and all the indexes can meet the requirements of customers.
