摘要
对常见钢卷运输设备的特点进行分析比较,分析了步进梁的基本原理和结构类别,结合具体工程对步进梁进行了优化设计,详细阐述了步进梁的设计计算过程,并给出偏心轮步进梁的升降轨迹原理和理论计算过程,以及工程应用中的简化设计方法,可指导相关的工程设计。
In this paper,the characteristics of coil transportation equipment normally used in practice are compared and the principle and construction types of walking beam are analyzed.Combined with a project example,an optimized walking beam design is introduced,in which detailed design calculation of walking beam is given and lifting locus theory and theoretic calculation process of walking beam with eccentric wheel are described.In addition,a simplified design method for the engineering application is presented by which related engineering project can use it as a guidance.
