摘要 1概述 1.1疾病性质与流行病学再生障碍性贫血（再障）是儿童期严重的血液病之一。目前认为,再障是由各种已知或未知病因所导致的骨髓造血功能衰竭和外周血三系下降,使患者出现贫血、感染和出血倾向;骨髓病理显示造血细胞减少或缺乏,
