间充质干细胞与妇产科 被引量:2

摘要 间充质干细胞(MSCs)起源于中胚层,是成体干细胞的一种。因来源广泛、获取容易、扩增能力强、免疫原性低、非致瘤、能归巢、无医学伦理学争议等优点而成为再生医学、细胞疗法中的主要选择细胞。MSCs从其来源到临床应用等方面都与妇产科关系紧密。本文主要简要阐述妇产科来源的MSCs的种类以及其在妇产科疾病中的作用。
